Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below is our policy regarding refunds.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full or partial refund if:

  • The order has not been started within 48 hours
  • We are unable to complete the service due to unforeseen technical or scheduling issues
  • You cancel the order before it has been assigned to a booster

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The service has already been partially or fully completed
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information
  • You changed your mind after the service started
  • You violated the game’s Terms of Use and received a suspension/ban unrelated to our service

How to Request a Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
