FALLEN KINGDOM ARMOR SET

The Fallen Kingdom set is one of the best things you can grab in Crimson Desert before the story even gets moving. Five pieces, all scattered across western Hernand, all hidden well enough that most players walk past at least two of them. The deer-head helm alone is worth hunting down — it carries a +35% Turning Slash damage bonus that changes how the early game feels entirely.

Buy Fallen Kingdom Armor Set in Crimson Desert — All 5 Pieces Collected for You

The problem is getting there. Three pieces are locked behind waterfall cave entrances the game never explains. One requires solving a hidden puzzle in a sanctum. Another is buried deep inside a ruin patrolled by aggressive enemies. None of it is marked on the map.

Our service collects every piece of the Fallen Kingdom set for you — manually, by real players who know the exact locations. No bots, no exploits. You get the complete set delivered to your account, ready to equip and upgrade.

What Is the Fallen Kingdom Armor Set in Crimson Desert?

The Fallen Kingdom is a 5-piece armor set in Crimson Desert, available to all characters with no story progress required. It’s the same set worn by Saigord the Staglord — the side-boss in central Hernand — which makes it one of the most recognizable looks in the game. The iconic deer-head helmet with antlers is what most players recognize first.

Visually, the set mixes dark leather and plate with fur-trimmed regalia. It looks like wilderness gear built for someone who used to run a kingdom. Beyond the aesthetics, it’s a serious early-to-mid-game armor with real combat value.

Fallen Kingdom Armor Set — Stats for All 5 Pieces

The full set is fully upgradeable and specializes in Lightning Resistance. Combined Defense can be refined up to 102 at max level, with 8 Abyss Gear Slots across all five pieces. The associated Rapier and Shield add another 5 Abyss Gear Slots on top of that.

Piece Slot Key Stats & Bonuses Location
Leather Helm Head +35% Turning Slash Dmg, Lightning Res. Lv1 Sanctum of Benediction
Leather Armor Chest Defense 3→32, Lightning Res. Lv1 Frozen Soul Cave
Leather Cloak Back Stamina recovery Icemoor Castle Ruins
Plate Gloves Hands Attack boost, minor health regen Starlight Storm Cave
Plate Boots Feet Stamina recovery, +2% climb speed Nightstorm Cave

No set bonus triggers when you equip all five — each piece works independently. But wearing the full set stacks Lightning Resistance and stamina recovery across every slot, which adds up more than it sounds in sustained fights.

Why the Leather Helm Is the First Piece You Should Get

The +35% Turning Slash damage bonus on the helm is the strongest single early-game combat modifier in the entire set. It slots in via Abyss Gear and stays relevant long after you’ve moved past Hernand. If you only grab one piece, grab this one first — everything else becomes a bonus on top of an already meaningful upgrade.

The helm also carries Lightning Resistance Lv1 and Defense scaling from 1 to 18 at max refinement. It’s not flashy on paper, but in practice it changes your combat output noticeably from the moment you equip it.

Why the Fallen Kingdom Set Is So Hard to Collect Solo

Nothing in the game tells you where these pieces are. No quest marker, no NPC hint, no map icon. The set is pure exploration — and the game hides it well.

Here’s where most players get stuck:

Waterfall entrances
Three pieces are inside caves behind waterfalls. To enter them, you need to use the Stab skill (R1 + Triangle on PlayStation / RB + Y on Xbox) while holding a shield. Most players don't figure this out until they've already walked past the caves multiple times.
The Sanctum puzzle
The helm is locked behind a secret door in the Sanctum of Benediction. You open it by interacting with an unlit lantern near the stairs. There's no in-game indication this door exists.
Hostile territory
The locations spread deep into bandit-controlled wilderness in western Hernand. Getting to each cave without a prepared character or a fast horse takes time and takes hits.

If you’re playing through the story and don’t want to spend two hours running around Hernand looking for cairns in front of waterfalls, the service exists for exactly that reason.

All 5 Fallen Kingdom Armor Locations in Crimson Desert

  • Leather Helm — Sanctum of Benediction
Inside the Sanctum of Benediction, south of the “E” in “Hernand” on the map. Face the north wall near the stairs and interact with the unlit lantern. It opens a hidden door. The chest is inside.
  • Leather Armor — Frozen Soul Cave
A waterfall cave south of the Sanctum of Benediction. Look for a stone cairn marking the waterfall entrance. Use Stab to push through the water. The chest is at the end of the cave.
  • Leather Cloak — Icemoor Castle Ruins
In a small room at the back of Icemoor Castle Ruins in western Hernand. No waterfall required here — the room is just easy to miss if you’re moving fast through the ruins. The Fallen Kingdom Rapier is also in this room, leaning against a barrel.
  • Plate Gloves — Starlight Storm Cave
Another waterfall cave, this one north of Fort Warspike and south of the Sanctum of Atonement in Hernand. Same entrance mechanic — look for the cairn, use Stab to enter. The gloves are in the chest at the end.
  • Plate Boots — Nightstorm Cave
Southeast of Icemoor Castle Ruins. Waterfall cave, cairn marks the entrance. The boots boost stamina recovery and add +2% climb speed — minor numbers, but free.

The Fallen Kingdom Rapier and Staglord's Shield

While you’re at Icemoor Castle Ruins picking up the Cloak, the Fallen Kingdom Rapier is right there in the same room — leaning against a barrel to the left of the chest. It’s a Damiane-exclusive weapon, so Kliff and Oongka cannot equip it. If you’re running Damiane, it’s worth grabbing on the spot.

The Staglord’s Shield is a different story. It drops from defeating Saigord, the Staglord, at Icemoor Castle Ruins as part of the House Serkis questline “Lord Amidst the Ruins.” That’s a boss fight, not a chest. Combined with the armor set’s slots, the rapier and shield together add 5 more Abyss Gear Slots to your loadout — if you want the full picture, we can handle the boss fight too.

Upgrading the Fallen Kingdom Set After Collection

Every piece in the set can be upgraded at any blacksmith in Hernand through the Refinement system. Each piece has 10 Refinement levels. The helm scales from Defense 1 to 18 at max; the chest goes from 3 to 32. Combined, the full set reaches 102 Defense when fully refined.

Refinement costs materials gathered through exploration. If you’d rather skip that grind too, we offer full set refinement as an add-on. Just specify the level you want when you order.

Fallen Kingdom vs. Other Early Armor Sets — Which Should You Chase First?

The Fallen Kingdom set wins on one thing above everything: accessibility. You can collect the whole thing before touching most main story content, and the helm’s Turning Slash bonus gives you immediate combat value.

Here’s how it compares to the other sets worth chasing early:

  • Frostcursed Armor — Higher overall defense and better Ice Resistance. Best if you’re spending time in Demeniss’s frozen zones. Takes longer to complete.
  • Blackwing Armor — Built for crit-heavy and unarmed builds. Outperforms Fallen Kingdom if you’re not using Turning Slash combos.
  • Canta Plate (starter) — The vendor set you buy at the start in Hernand. Solid early on, but Fallen Kingdom is a clear upgrade once you move past the opening chapters.

If you’re running any build that uses Turning Slash, Fallen Kingdom is the set to get first. The Frostcursed set is worth targeting after.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Fallen Kingdom Armor Set

Does collecting this set require story progress?
No. All five pieces are available the moment you reach Hernand, with no quest requirement or story gate.
Is there a set bonus for wearing all five pieces?
No. Crimson Desert doesn't have traditional set bonuses — each piece applies its stats independently. Wearing the full set stacks Lightning Resistance and stamina recovery across all slots, but there's no separate set effect that activates.
Which characters can use the Fallen Kingdom Rapier?
Damiane only. Kliff cannot equip it.
Can the set be upgraded?
Yes. Every piece is fully upgradeable through the Refinement system at any blacksmith. Max refinement brings combined Defense to 102 across all five pieces.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours. Exact timing depends on server load and whether you add the boss fight (Staglord's Shield) to your order.
